Return Policy Overview
Return Window: You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return items.
Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging.
Return Costs
The actual cost of return delivery will be charged to the customer. This applies when the customer purchases the wrong product, the item does not fit, or they no longer want the item. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Return an Item

Pack Your Item: Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documents.

Send it Back: Drop your package off at the nearest shipping carrier location as per the instructions in the return authorization email.
Refund Process
After inspection, your refund will be processed. It usually takes 7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 2 hours of placing it. After this time, the order may already be processed or prepared for shipment and cancellation may no longer be possible.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return. These products will be clearly marked as non-returnable in the product description.
